What kinds of smart locks does KEENS offer?
KEENS makes smart locks for main doors, hotels, glass doors, aluminium profile doors, cabinets and drawers, plus a smart padlock. Access options include palm, face, fingerprint, password, RFID card, mechanical key, mobile app and voice.
Will a KEENS lock fit my door?
Most main door locks suit doors 35 to 110 mm thick. Vision A1 Basic and the H201 hotel lock suit 35 to 70 mm, deadbolt and multi purpose locks suit 30 to 55 mm, and glass locks have their own fitting. Send us your door details and we will confirm the right model.
Can I still open the door if the battery runs out?
Yes. Locks include a mechanical key and a USB or micro-USB backup power port, and send a low battery alert before the cells run down.
What are KEENS touch switches?
They replace ordinary switches with feather-touch panels. You can add IR remote, mobile app and voice control through Alexa and Google Home, and schedule lights and fans.
Can I make my existing switchboard smart without rewiring?
Yes. The retrofit device fits behind your existing board and adds app, remote and voice control with no new wiring.
What do the switches cost?
Touch switches start at ₹1,900 (MRP, inclusive of all taxes). Smart glass panels start at ₹8,000 for 4M and go up to ₹14,000 for 8M matt. Lock prices depend on the model, so please ask for a quote.
Is there a warranty?
Touch panels and switches carry a 5-year warranty. Contact us for warranty terms on locks.
